- Banning trans women from women's sports is functionally identical to banning them from *all* sports.
	- Men have a significant advantage over trans women.
	- There are not enough trans people to form a segregationist "trans league". This is not a serious suggestion (much less an ethical one).
- There is no evidence that trans women have any advantage over cis women after a couple of years of hormones.
	- To justify discriminating against an entire group of people, you need *strong* evidence of a *significant* advantage.
		- A minuscule statistical difference is not sufficient, or else you should ban everyone who is not perfectly average. Which minority is next?
	- This fact will often earn an incredulous response. That's because people are stupid.
		- Assuming someone is better and stronger just because you see them as masculine is like thinking hot rod flames make a car go faster.
- Talk of advantage and fairness are red herrings. This is fundamentally an issue of bias and discrimination.
	- Some trans women and girls never go through a natal puberty. It is impossible for them to have an advantage.
	- Trans women are conspicuously under-represented in sports. They are at a steep disadvantage due to transphobia.
	- Nobody bats an eye at natural advantage in cis competitors. If anything, it's rewarded. See: Michael Phelps.
- There is no way to enforce a ban without unethical, invasive tests.
	- These tests are sexist. Men are not subjected to them.
	- You shouldn't have to let a doctor finger you or give up your DNA just to play a game — especially since it *serves no purpose.*
