§ Me ^

I do not collect any information from you unless you submit a name to the Digital Death Note. Submissions will be stored and displayed immediately. They will also be saved in my git repo the next time I update the site.

pnppl.cc does not use any cookies, although sites you visit in Meander and nagi might set some which show as coming from here. I can't sandbox them as far as I can tell. I don't think Wander has this issue.

Your views are entirely mysterious to me. There isn't even a hit counter. I also put some stuff in the HTML so your browser shouldn't send a referer header when you follow a link, and I don't embed any third-party content except for the framed sites in Meander, Wander, and nagi.

I do make a point to support insecure HTTP, which could have privacy implications.

§ My Providers ^

I do not run my own server. I have no way to guarantee what my gracious webhosts will do as regards your privacy.

§ Web 1.0 Hosting ^

The bulk of the site is on Web 1.0 Hosting. Their policy reads:

We do not use cookies and do not store your personal data other than the email addresses required by the registration. We do not sell or share your data with third-party persons or companies. All the logged IP addresses are obfuscated with the irreversible hash function.

They are based in Finland. They in turn use Hetzner as their host AFAIK, whose privacy policy is rather longer and more legal-sounding.

§ Github Pages ^

The Prairieland Zines are hosted on Github Pages, which is owned by Microsoft, based in the US. They have a bunch of legalese you can look at if you want.

This provider is not ideal and I'd like to move to another option eventually; it was occasioned by the need to split this part of the site into its own project/subdomain. You can download it from git.gay or Codeberg or the prepared zips if you're leery of Microsoft. The index page is on Web 1.0 Hosting; only the zine subdomain is on Github.

§ statichost.eu ^

hrt.pnppl.cc is hosted by statichost.eu, which is based in Sweden. Their privacy policy has a summary at the top that sounds solid to me:

In Brief: statichost.eu does not collect or share any personal information or data. This applies both to this website and any websites that are hosted on our platform.

This is the only part of the site that requires HTTPS. It's just a backup mirror.
